Bookings

Cancellations

Deposits taken to secure your bookings are fully refundable only if you provide at least 60 days written notice.

50% of the deposit will be refunded if written notice is received within 30 days.

Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will forfeit any deposit refund.

Cancellation notices should be addressed to The Grange, Tremoughdale, Penryn, Cornwall. TR10 8JA. Any refund due will be made within 28 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

Any extras paid for at the time of booking will be fully refundable provided a minimum of 30 days notice is given. Less than 30 days notice will forfeit your right to a refund.

Breakfast / Room Extras.

A breakfast hamper is supplied for your use. This will include: Tea, Coffee, Fruit Juice, Bread, Butter, a selection of Cereals, Milk and Sugar. See the Breakfast page for more information.

Room extras are subject to availability and must be ordered and paid for at the time of booking. See the Prices Page for more information.

The Grange facilities and Check-In / Departure.

Check In is from 3 p.m. on the date of arrival, and Departure is before 12 noon on the day of departure. Each suite sleeps a maximum of two persons. The suites can be prepared as either Double or Twin rooms. Please specify your preference when booking your suite.

We do have a room on the ground floor for guests unable to manage stairs. This room is subject to availability, please enquire at time of booking.

We are unable to accommodate pets.

Smoking is not allowed inside The Grange, however outside facilities are provided.

Prices include parking for one car per suite. Additional parking for further vehicles or trailers may be available on request. Please enquire at time of booking.

Wi Fi Broadband access, subject to availability, is provided free of charge.

Additional terms

In the event that a room is unavailable on arrival due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, flood etc.) we will attempt to locate suitable alternative local accommodation at no extra charge. Where this is not possible or alternative accommodation is not required, we will, of course, refund the sum paid for the room.

In the event of malicious, willful or negligent damage to the room or other property, we will charge the amount of any loss sustained by The Grange (including business interruption losses) to the registered customer. Where payment by the customer is not forthcoming we will pursue the matter through the civil courts.

English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

We reserve the right, without notice, to amend the specifications of products and services presented on the site and to discontinue any product or service.

This site contains links to other sites. The Grange is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. In no case is any information from The Grange shared with any of these outside links.
